What is the benefit of becoming a high level crafter, say beyond 80. All recipes are known at this point, what else reason to go to GM status?

    1) It's still relatively easy to do - just takes time and a lot of mats. It might get worse over time?
    2) It's GM - reason is not needed? Chest puffing:D
    3) It might have something later - it's still in construction. Best to get it while it might not seem worthwhile-might get harder when it is.

If you want something to strive for, MW specializations. MW specializations.

Thats a shame. I had hoped there actually WAS something to achieve other than the title :/

Currently there's a very small benefit of better chance of getting exceptional. The difference between 80 and 100 is minimal. Other than that, only the masterworking specializations are really worth focusing on. I have GM tailoring and alchemy, but close to no benefit for it atm.
