Highly Flammable Broke

    Fairly certain this skill is broke. I've leveled it up around 19 times and haven't seen a change in flame arrow, the damage and the duration of the fire damage haven't seemed to move from beginning to end, beyond levels within flame arrow. I'm not sure if the damage/duration is registering during fights, or just isn't showing under the skills when I highlight them.
