Highvale OS Captain didn't reward deed (alt account), Solace Bridge OS did

    Title: Highvale OS Captain didn't reward deed (alt account), Solace Bridge OS did

    Details: The captain in Highvale Outskirts didn't hand over the deed when telling him 'deed'.

    Double checking to see if I had finished (been a while since I was there), he did talk to me about stepping down, and the alchemist and Lt. both talked about how he was stepping down and Lt. is going to be the Captain.

    So I went to Solace Bridge Outskirts, and Captain Kinsey gave me the deed.

    Steps to Reproduce: Try to get the deed from the Cpt. in Highvale Outskirts after finishing the quests.

    Thanks for the report... but I just fixed that bug! :D It's issue #63801.

    (Captain Burnes should be the only deed-giver with a problem. He had bad data in his "deed" response. The fix will be in with the next update.)

    Neither of my accounts was successful getting a deed from Captain Kinsey, even though both have completed Solace Bridge Outskirts. This account was able to get the deed from Highvale Outskirts. My other account could not get it there, but that character hasn't done Highvale Outskirts yet.

    With a new account, I was able to get the banner and row lot deed from Captain Kinsey, by typing in deed.

    You received the following (Solace Bridge Outskirts Report, Banner of Love) from Captain Kinsey

    I don't recall getting a Banner of Love, and I have no more quests to do in Solace Bridge Outskirts. I'll try again when I get home tonight.

    If you haven't gotten the banner, it sounds like you may have at least one more step before you finish Solace Bridge Outskirts.
