Highvale Outskirts Captain's final quest dialogue

    1. Title: Highvale Outskirts final Captain's quest dialogue
    2. Reproduction Rate: 40%? 50%?
    3. Blocker? Sort of.
    4. Details: When you're about to confront the Captain "Blowhard" about being the servant, it looks like the game is supposed to immediately give you a specific choice in dialogue: "Let him be Captain" or "Let the girl be Captain" or something of the like. The problem is that it doesn't always trigger that dialogue option.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Do every step in the quest that leads to confronting the Captain and talk to him. If you see the option pop up in the dialogue, you got lucky. Close the dialogue and try again... you'll notice that there's almost a 50% chance that the dialogue option won't show up.
