    Details: After learning about Elven Herbal Teal Leaves from Esmerelda, you will start to find these one the various elves, except you can find many of these from killing multiple elves. These are *probably* (?) supposed to be set like the Heirloom quest items in the Blood River Outskirs, and Solace Bridge Outskirts (those you can only carry one at a time). I'll assume the flag on this item, to only find one at a time was not set. Of note, the rewards for this are minimal. If someone for whatever reason was trying to farm these it's a gigantic waste of time.

    Steps to Reproduce: Create new character. Go to Highvale Outskirts, speak to Esmerelda, click the Elven Herbal Teal Leaves keyword. Go kill multiple elves, collect many Elven Herbal Teal Leaves.

    Thanks for the report! Issue #66187

    (The previous issue #66085 mentioned that the leaves were still dropping in general. It was determined that they were still allowed to drop. This new issue is about how many you're allowed to collect at one time.)
