Title: Highvale Outskirts: Frostgeist Combat Bug -Char Quest Reset

Details:
Unable to utilize skills when going against frostgeist at this location, it may be all in this corner of the monestary.
Blades and other skills show up grey, some of the defensive skills could be activated. Had to go out of combat leave the area by a ladder, and skills showed active again. Dropped back down to the floor with the frostgeist and skills went grey.

With another character Diego Mas as an archer a similar thing happened. Had to cycle of and on auto attack to kill the frostgeist.
Steps to Reproduce:
Character with quest Reset, (or maybe any character)
Go the the locations of frostgiests, observe skills become unable to use.

A low level character would likely die due to this glitch, maybe explains the number of skeletons around. This only seems to happen on the first frostgeist encountered.
