His inventory that he sells is actually what most all crafting merchants sell. He isn't an actual blacksmith, as those all sell blacksmithing related recipes. Never really understood why he even has a blacksmithing name, when he doesn't have the inventory of what blacksmiths sell.... there's numerous npc's like that though.. that have a title that do not seem to match the inventory they sell. Like Bancroft in Solace Bridge outskirts isn't a Blacksmith, he is a combat merchant.
We need a functioning guild system in which all craftsmen must be organized to end this title abuse...
