5. Steps to Reproduce: Enter the Soltown Catacombs and head to the Exit to the Solania Catacombs. At the loc: Area: Soltown Catacombs (Soltown Sewers) Loc: (-244.7, 9.8, 32.0), some steps further heading west, you fall thru the floor and respawn at the entrance
