I know there have been a number of threads on Lots, deeds and houses, so please overlook my ignorance. I took a screenshot from in Brittany Estates, talking to the housing deeds merchant.

I highlighted the Small Old Keep (Village Home)

Essentially, If I purchased this for 20,000 IGG then the next thing I would have to do is find a deed to claim, correct? The reason I am confused is that the merchant is a housing deeds merchant. But it appears that the merchant sells no deeds.. .

Also you can own multiple homes with one avatar, correct?

 

To place that village home you are indicating in the pic, You need a village lot deed, to then claim a village size lot, to then put the house on, said deed is around 165 coto's I think.

 

Yes. You can manage your properties in the Lot Deeds window (U key).

 

Before you get a house deed get a lot deed as its the more important part.
Without it you can't place your house anywhere

You can have up to 3 lots in normal towns and unlimited in Player owned towns.

To is only a few ways to get lot deeds.

• From player vendors (some sold their deeds)
• From buying the montly lottery tickets and winning (https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/release-48-lot-deed-raffle-winners.106344 )
• From bundles in store (will be Player Town only deeds)

Also be prepared to pay Tax it 's 500/day for row lot deeds and goes up to 3500/day for city lots.

 

4) Player Owned Town lot deeds can now be purchased in game from Crown of the Obsidian merchants using CotOs.
