Houses, Basements in the Crown Store

    Can you cahnage teh color of Note: you will need a ______ or larger property". To be highlighted in RED/blink, something to draw the eye to it. I've had a few new and a returning player buy the wrong sized basements, or houses that wont' fit on their lots.

    I agree that adding more info to item names is a good idea. I do think that houses are ok as they are now. The minimum size of the lot a house needs is in its name. For instance the "Rustic Three-Story (Village Water Home) states it requires a village size lot as minimum and also is only for a water lot.

    Basement are a little harder because a lot of people know the usual size lots like Row, Village, Town, and City but may not recognize Keep, and Castle. The minimum size lot is in the name though.

    I think the problem is the guy had a "Stone Keep" which is a Town-size property so he thought that would enable him to use a Keep sized basement.

    In that case I would have him contact support. That's a reasonable complaint and I bet they would do what they can to compensate them.
