Housing Deeds Merchant (Brekken Bay) stuck in the bank wall

    Details: The Housing Deeds Merchant is quite always stuck in the BB bank wall; either inside the wall, or in the middle of the bank door.
    Moreover this poor woman normally has to be on the first floor but not on the ground floor.
    Steps to Reproduce: just have a look to her
