They know they have the bank. They are looking for a little personal space they can customize. Plus renting from a home owner may allow them to setup a vendor

 

I am sure it will be 100% Possible to arrange things in your bank box in a personal manner.

 

Actually, I prefer the UO style bank box, over the WoW fixes slot style. Use boxes/packs to sort and arrange things.

you could make player housing projects, where players can be openly robbed and PvPed.
