How do I accept a gift?

    I got an email from a friend who gifted me Adventurer and a link that says click to claim. When I open the link it has me log in and takes me to my profile but has nowhere to claim anything. Anyone know how to claim stuff?

    If you submit a ticket to support@portalarium.com, we can check you account and ensure the gift was properly applied. It should happen automatically when you claim it once you log into your account.

    Also have him check his account and if the Resend option is still there have him resend the email.
    Sometimes the gift pledge links seem to be faulty.
