How do I ask for a refund for an add-on?

    I just bought the 3-pack Titan Statues for $40.

    When I got them, they have a huge base on them that they didn't show in the store photos, making them useless for my purpose. (atop a column)

    I don't see any way to submit a ticket or ask for a refund.

    Does anyone know the process?

    I think it is fine. Will know tomorrow. They did verify that the images in the store were wrong, and said they will address that.
