How do I get unstuck?

    Area: Forest01 Loc: (-61.2, 34.8, 31.3)

    My character is stuck in some rocks at the above location. '/stuck' doesn't do anything and I literally can't move.... Any clue as to how to get out of here or page some assistance or do I have to delete my guy? I got some good loot and I'd prefer to get some help.

    Can't find any instructions on the '?' in the GUI.
