How do I pick cotton ?

    Edwin from Soltown have given me the quest to pick 12 cotton so I have a sickle equipped

    But when I approach a Cotton bush, the sickle symbol DONT appear unlike Woodcutting where when I approach a red tree, the axe symbol appears

    Is there only a certain type of Bush which gives Cotton ?

    It sounds like you may have tried to harvest a non resource node bush. Just look for a small bush with a distinct white look. I think you can find them scattered about in nearly any above ground scene with monsters.

    Oh ok thanks DancingShade.

    Now that I think about it, the bushes I have been to did not have a distinct white look

    The ones you saw had apparently already been harvested. It takes a while for the cotton to grow back. :)
