How does an avatar earn a coin now?

I would do something where you can do it once/day for good reward - Say 10 for 300 gold, and then be able to sell leftovers for something 10g each or 5 g each. Some small amount to make it worth picking up more but not the full amount from original 1/day quest.

 

Just scale the gold a little w/ mob difficulty, it doesn't make sense that a high level character be forced to grind crap areas for loot. If a mob has 2x the hp, it should drop 2x the value in loot.
