How does loot work?

    So you're on your daily grind, chopping away at that thug, a group of rascals jump in and start chopping away at your kill. Does the loot drop go to those that deal the most dmg or those that tag the mobs first?

    well first off that is just rude of them to poach a kill...and second if you get a green arrow its yours. If the corpse is still there let them leave the area and then you should be able to loot it....i do that sometimes on wolves and bears others kill
