How many / which pieces of LA / HA are required to gain their respective passives?

    in previous releases it was just calculated fom the chest piece. i asked the question in the instructions draft thread but didn't receive an answer. easiest way to check would be if it allows you to use active skills from the tree, the innates should be working too, but i'm not in game to test that.

    Provided your theory follows regarding the actives and passives: All the skills are still based solely on the chest piece in R23 as well. :)
