    My recommendation would be to

    A)
    Post something about this in R48 feedback with a clearer title
    B)
    Add a comment below the next Post mortem / Telethon asking What are the plans to address XXX...

    That way you will maximize the exposure and likelihood of a dev seeing and reacting to this.
