How to use different entrances in a town?

Hello! I see most towns have multiple entrances, but no matter how I approach the town, I always come in through the same entrance.

Is there any way to choose where you come in from? South entrance instead of north for example.

Welcome! So far you can only enter by one entrance, but you can exit from any one. Or you can exit by jumping in the water of coastal towns and swimming out. Hopefully this will change.
