If you upgrade to Dev+ or above you often get to participate in an early test of the release to help then iron out last minute issues.

It a pledge level called developer. You can get there from your account page and other ways.

Not sure if the issue is related. If not, my apologies. I tried to login this morning, but cannot. Message says:"The server is only allowing internal development at this time." Am I doing something wrong?

 

The servers aren't up for another 1.5 hours (at the time of writing this).
