Steps to Reproduce:
Ran from Blood Bay entrance of K'rul to Monkey room
Fought one assassin
Cast Inner Strength and Strength of Earth
Fought (tanked) a few rounds of monkeys
Generally kept SoE up, let IS drop off
Had a day night cycle pass

Details:
When Shield of crystal wore off, it dropped below current, and it reset the bar, so its better behavior than previous, but still ongoing
Steps to Reproduce:
Had SoE running
Recast SoE
Cast Shield of Crystal
Life Tap 1x
Cast Torpor
When Torpor's Strength buff wore off, had non full hp.
