Hunched over when moving even when not overloaded

    Title: Hunched over when moving even when not overloaded
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The player is hunched over/seems to move slower when not overloaded, if maximum carry capacity is being increased using magic, obsidian potions, etc.
    Steps to Reproduce: Load up beyond your maximum carry capacity - use an obsidian potion of capacity, or strength of earth, etc - you will still be hunched over when running around, and seemingly moving a little slower too.
