Details: When Hyun's letter quest has already been completed and the player is repeating it - if h/she does not have all the required letters, then Hyun has no response to letter. Once the player has acquired the Letter from a Forlorn Wife, speaking with Hyun will immediately open a trade window, and he will respond to "letter" and "help"

Steps to Reproduce: Finish Hyun's quest once - wait a day, and when his compass indicator is back glowing, it has reset - talk to him missing the Love Letter from a Forlorn Wife , and this will be the case. Obtain the rare Letter from a Forlorn Wife - talk to Hyun again - he now will response to "letter" and "help". If you complete the daily quest, and speak with him again - he will respond properly. He will lose his responses again once the quest timer resets (if the player does not have Letter from a Forlorn Wife)
