"I cannot reach it!" Encounter Shield in air, inaccessible

    Title: "I cannot reach it!" Encounter Shield in air, inaccessible
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? I think so?
    Details: When my friend went into a troll encounter, the instance shield appeared above my head. I tried to jump ever so hard but naturally gravity is too strong for my weak legs.

    Jokes aside, I could not get it to let me interact to join the encounter.

    Steps to Reproduce: Friend went into instance. I tried to jump. I tried to physically reach it with my arms, but it did not work. :)

    Basicallly though, I moved around to get underneath, closer, and tried to double click the shield to no avail.
