I purchased a Epic Snowy Spruce Tree and its not in my Inventory ??

I noticed the picture is not in the right side picture when you select the item to buy it out of the Crown Store. Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but other players I asked are seeing grey as well instead of the Epic Tree. But I purchased it and it deducted the 2500 Crowns but It is not in my inventory or in Reward or the bank??? So I have no idea where it went.

 

Just looked in my logs, I was given a Giant Snowy Covered Tree instead of a EPIC snowy covered tree????? @Chris
