Blocker? No. Well, sort of. I can't pick up the shelf because it has the mug on it and I can't pick up the mug.
Details: As the title says, I put a wooden mug on a wall shelf and now I can't pick it up.

I exited to the menu and resumed and the mug was back in my inventory. I tried placing a pewter mug on the ground and had the same issue. I also can't unstack mugs (they turn red) or silver goblets. I also can't stack them. It seems that mugs and goblets are completely broken.

 

This is only an issue with drinking vessels that were previously stacked. I destroyed all my stacked and bugged bugged mugs and goblets. New ones that I find as loot work fine.
