    Title: Ice Field
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When casting Ice Field spell you get a cursor to target an area but effect seems to still be centered on player. The tool tip for the spell is also still showing the previous description.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Ice Field spell and select an area away from character.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz (4) System RAM: 8031
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 940M GPU RAM: 2019

    The animation stays around the caster but the AOE happens in the target area. Bit odd!
