Ice Field's slow tooltip or effect error

    Details: Using a dummy to make sure nothing could interfere with the results, I've realized that my Ice field, supposedly reducing movement speed by 70% at 244 Water attunement, 140 Icy Breath (Innate) and 128 Ice Field level, but the dummy is only slowed by 44.9%.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast ice field, compare Movement speed reduction debuff from the skill tooltip to the debuff tooltip on the target.

    Now this could be explained if Training dummies have water attunement or water resistance, which would reduce the effectiveness of the slow, but if not, there is nearly 25% of my slow from ice field missing.

    Out of sheer curiosity, have you tried this with something that should be very vulnerable to water, like the Fire Elementals in like say Verdantis Mines?

    Tested in offline mode with both ice arrow and ice field. Ice arrow at level 200 always applies -54.5% move rate on practice dummy for both debuff or skill description. If I cast ice field on practice dummy, it will reduce the water resistance and ice arrow debuff shows -55.6% move rate. That mean practice dummy should not have any water resistance and water resistance affect the duration.

    Either ice field skill description is incorrect or the move rate magnitude is bugged. Looks like ice skills have some other bugs during the test. I will do a separate thread when I have free time playing with water magic...
