If I buy an awesome cloak in addon store do I get it in game now?

Or do I have to wait until the pledge rewards are tied to account like everything else?

You can find a few cloaks in-game right now, but anything you buy or have as part of your pledge will not be reflected in-game (yet).

They will be tying pledge rewards to your in-game account, it seems very likely it will be in for the next release. This may or may not include store-bought items and stretch goals, but all that was stated was pledge rewards.

 

You will not automatically get the add-on purchase right now, but virtually every item is obtainable through NPC vendors or through loot from chests. You could have access to the item you purchased with a little work in game.

 

speaking of cloaks, the cloaks in the shop look nice but the realism with the way cloaks look in-game now is lacking,
hope they make cloaks look more wavy cloth like, otherwise they look like you're running around with a starchy napkin
hanging off the back of your neck, very unrealistic
