Ignite Weapon - Damage Wrong

4. Details: At skill 20, the skill shows:
   
   That is, 5 Fire damage, Duration 25 seconds. However, when using the skill, it only ever does 1 damage to any creature, not 5.
   Also, the tooltip of the effect on the target shows:
   
   ..which may be part of the problem. It would appear that the effect does not match the skill.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce:Use Ignite Weapon, note the damage on the target.

Following up on this report to further confirm it. I am fully fire attuned with 70 Ignite Weapon.

It says 9 fire damage in the tool tip explanation, but when I hit someone it says 1-4 physical/fire damage every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.

Unless this becomes stackable, or matches the tool tip description, it is not worthwhile.

 

I thought it was supposed to add 5 damage to the attack as well as a DoT after it? I could be entirely wrong, but that's how i always thought it worked.
