Ignite Weapon reduces attack speed / animation

    1. Title: Ignite Weapon reduces attack speed / animation
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%

    4. Details: when you activate ignite weapon, it's very noticeable that attack speed is going down.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: auto attack something, then activate ignite weapon
