ignite weapon visual issues

Title: ignite weapon showing after putting away weapon

Details: if you turn on ignite weapon then put your weapon away the flame stays. Also with the sword I am using (short sword) the flame goes too far down. It covers the hilt and extends passed it.

Steps to Reproduce: Night vision must be on! Then cast ignite weapon, then put your weapon away
