I'm constructing an air mage build. I get what the imbued gem of chain lightening does (valuable). My question is about the imbued gem of wild lightning. What exactly does it do and how does it stack up against the gem of chain lightning? Thanks in advance.
I've tried them all a bit and I think just adding +75 attunement with imbued air gems is the way to go. I didn't mess with the wild lightning much, but I believe it increases the amount of targets you can hit with each spell (i assume +1 target per gem). I found the boost to attunement, with Imbued air gems to be more beneficial overall, since it increases power for everything in the air tree instead of just chain lightning or targets.
