Immolation fire visual effect cancels before buff runs out when fire spec'd

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Stop seeing the visual fire effect before the buff (and combat effects) run out by 2-3 mins
    Steps to Reproduce: Char with fire spec (only seen it on my alt with spec - not on main who does not) - put up a 6 stack of immolation - wait until a few mins before the end - visual effect will run out before end of buff time. Recasting doesn't make it appear again.
