Immolation not working (specific situation) - possibly other buffs/debufs affected?

    Title: Immolation not working (specific situation)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: If a player has immolation active(player 1) - and another player joins the scene(player 2) - P2 cannot see the immolation VFX active on P1. If P2 then challenges P1 to a duel - even though P1 has immolation active/sees the VFX - there is no damage done to P2. If P1 re-casts immolation - all is well. Perhaps this applies to other debuffs/DOT type spells too?
