    Title: Impassible Brittany Stairs
    Reproduction Rate: Ongoing
    Blocker? No
    Details: Stairs at indicated Loc are impassible through normal walking/running. Have to jump to get up them.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to loc, run up stairs until point that is impassible without jumping.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32693
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X GPU RAM: 12175
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.437.Date.07.01.16
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Brittany
    Loc: (310.6, 36.8, 326.5)

    I would like to add that the stairs on the npc ships in the wharfs are also blocked.
    And I would like to add that Avatars have massive Problems to cross even the smallest obstacle at the moment.
