Title: In Blood River Outskirts Vinicius heirloom and elven wine quest items keep dropping even after quests are done

Details: I understand that these quests from her used to be repeatable and was changed. However in that case the quest items should no longer drop after quest completion, especially since both have 0 value. The heirlooms are even No Trade and shown as quest items, and thus have no use whatsoever.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get quests from Vinicius.
2. Finish quests by handing quest items to him.
3. Quest items will still keep dropping even though you cannot turn them in again, and over time clutter up your inventory

@akkmok, the wine bottles are by design: they're a popular deco item. the heirlooms, though; you're correct, that needs to be adjusted.
