In Memoriam of Betty the Chicken

I had already liked the alpha wolf and completed that quest long ago but when I went back to get Betty's collar, I got the alpha wolf's head again. I can't do anything with this head and I also can't destroy it. It's yet another quest item stuck in my inventory.

If I have completed a quest then I shouldn't get items related to that quest again.

 

Just checked in a fix where you can destroy the wolf head. Plus, if you go back to Filmore and select the Alpha keyword, he'll remove the flag that gets the head to drop in the alpha wolf' loot bundle and give you a little something in which to decorate your home. Should be in the next update.

 

in 587, he doesn't give me a little something. he opens a trade window asking ME to give HIM the little something.

..and he only does it once. saying alpha again leads nowhere.

...and no mention of the helm at all.

edit: okay, went and killed the alpha wolf again, got the collar, turned it in for the helm. cannot get the mount.

 

Can you destroy a quest item when you haven't yet completed the quest?

 

Yes you can. But you can also go back and get a replacement.

 

I tried to do this quest, but can't find any farmers in Solace Bridge Outskirts. Where is Filmore located?
