    Title: Inconsistent Wall Torch Shadows
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    Wall torches can have widely different shadows:
    - small thin shadows from the wall mount
    - big harsh fan shadow coming down

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Place wall torches in different areas of a wall (e.g. in the Row Stone & Timber 5-story basement here)
    2) Observe different shadows

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32687
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4059
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.602.Date.05.03.17
    Area: BasementSceneMedievalRow_5Floor
    Area Display Name: Row Stone & Timber 5-Story Basement
    Loc: (29.8, 3.3, 107.7)
