Inconsistent weather between graphic settings

    Title: Inconsistent weather between graphic settings
    Reproduction Rate: 50%

    Details: Weather will show as happening on my wifes computer (which is lower in graphics settings) while I will see a completely sunny day on my settings (maximum settings with a slight adjustment to resolution)

    This seems to happen about half the time. I am getting rainy scenes far less in general since the latest update on maximum settings as well. If memory serves though I have seen rain since this patch...i think.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (8) System RAM: 16270
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M GPU RAM: 2991
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.390.Date.03.02.16
    Area: POT_swamp_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (15.9, 38.1, 273.5)

    Have you continued to observe this issue occurring since first reporting? We're having difficulty reproducing this locally.
