Incorrect startup resolution

    Title: Incorrect startup resolution
    Reproduction Rate: 100% since R36 QA and onwards
    Blocker? No
    Details: When I startup the game the resolution of the game is wrong. I have a 1920x1080 monitor and it starts up windowed at this lower resolution, depsite having the setting showing that it is at 1920x1080. To correct the problem I have to click on the resolution and reset it to 1920x1080 (note:screen capture is not my entire desktop).

    Steps to Reproduce: For me, simply open game from launcher
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz (12) System RAM: 24567
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti GPU RAM: 6047
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.510.Date.11.20.16
