Incorrect Tactics Specialization bonus for Defensive Stance

    Defensive Stance applies a -20% attack speed debuff without specialization. With 80 Tactics Specialization (100% effectiveness), that debuff is reduced to -10% (a 50% reduction in the debuff). At 100 Tactics Specialization (125% effectiveness), that debuff is -8.9%. That does not reflect the extra 25% effectiveness of the specialization skill; the debuff should be -7.5%.
