Incremental Skill counters

Those little green bars on the skill icons are marginally useful to see how far along you are toward you next skill level. but I'd really like to see something more informative when I mouse over the icon.
Since there's already the graphic representation of the X out of Y achieved, could you please show the numbers on mouse over?
Example:
Say my Ranged Combat skill is at 55. I'd like to be able to see how much progress I've made and what the requirement is to get to level 56. So showing X/Y where X=number of skill points already gained at this level and Y=number of skill points needed to get to the next level would be really useful in creating strategies for balancing gain in specific skills and managing the level of the xp pool.
