    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.393.Date.03.07.16
    Area: Sewer 01
    Loc: (57.3, 17.8, -149.1)

    ...I could remember incorrectly...but the times that happens to me is when the skeleton resurrects...

    yep. this appens when an enemy was resurrected by another enemy .. and seems that the resurrected skeleton/lich can go out of his scene BOUNDS...
