[Info needed] Ammo Scavenger not applying to Disabling, Piercing, Blinding Shot

Details: These skills should be using Ammo Scavenger and now they are not.
Steps to Reproduce: Ammo Scavenger is supposed to reduce ammo usage based on how much you have - I have 80 for a 32% chance. Also include Multishot.
These skills used to say 68% chance to use ammo.
Aimed Shot and Rapid Fire have been changed due to the Mastery/Spec changes.

Do you have the ranged spec active at maintain or learning? I'm not sure if that is what you are saying by "Aimed Shot and Rapid Fire have been changed due to the Mastery/Spec changes." But it may be important to know for the bug repro.

Yes I have Ranged Spec on maintain - the tooltips for Aimed Shot and Rapid Fire say chance to reduce ammo and they both show as being less than 100%.

Probably the Ranged Spec skill is messing up the Ammo Scavenger for the other four skills in the Ranged tree.
