[Info Needed] Bank UI Error - 1/2 Missing

When I access my bank via the Remote Device, half of the inventory listing is blank but you can scroll through it. If I close the window and re-open it again then it show up normal. This is not a one time thing, it happens every time I come into the zone. See the Pics below.

More details:
Almost half of the inventory list of the Bank Window is blank but you can scroll through it when I talk to the banker at Jaanaford the first time after entering Jaanaford from the Overland Map.

Workaround:
Resizing the bank window makes the window to show up as normal

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enter Jaanaford from the Overland Map
2) Walk to the banker at Loc: (-56.3, 33.5, 1.5)
3) Double-click on the banker
