[Info needed] "Broken Tool tip" broken

Details: I have one Tool equipped which has 19/25 in yellow (max dur was 100) which causes the broken tooltip to appear...

is 19 out of 25 really yellow and broken???

Steps to Reproduce:

To confirm, you are not seeing the repair tool tip in yellow but the broken icon, in red?

 

@Lexie - I also had this happen on a character of mine last night and had no broken equipped tool.

The icon was red to me and I did have a broken tool unequipped in my inventory. Moving this tool into a bank slot did not remove the red broken tooltip.

 

@Lexie I have to check again but the tooltip said something about broken tools (Steam - Download takes 4hours for 4.3 GB with my slow internetspeed - sorry - just started )

 

@Lexie for me it is now the yellow tooltiip - One of your Tools is damaged (on 711) but this is still not ok that 19/25 is considered yellow - that's 76% of full duration (sure it is an item which had 100 max dur but now it is at x/25 for max...)



BTW: I checked on local install...

Edit:
my other toon has a 11/24 (of possible max dur of 100) shown as yellow with the damage tooltip

that's still 45% of actual max

but my other tool has 24/93 and is still shown green

so i think the math to declare the tool damaged is not the correct one for me (it should be either an absolute value but has the disadvantage that fully repaired tools with 10/10 are still shown as damaged...
or a percentage of actual max dur with a minimum of e.g. 1/xx as damaged
