[Info needed] Cant Unlearn Undead Mastery

The prequisite for Death Magic Mastery is Undead Mastery to 80. Due to this undead mastery can no longer be untrained below lvl 80 .

 

Because the perquisite would be 80 to keep Death Mastery up...what am I missing here?

If you do not have bought the child skill, there is no need to keep the parent skill at his level.
You are not able to get the XP back, or to unlearn a complete school.

If the child skill has more then 1 point it sound logical that the parent can not unlearned below the needed level. But when there is no active child, why to hold/prevent unlearning?
Also i would like to see, to dismiss skills to be able to unlearn a complete school.

 

yes but i dont have death mastery learned so should we be forced to keep a skill like undead mastery to 80 ,or we should be allowed to untrain it to lower levels...right now undead mastery is stuck at lvl 80 cant untrain it with scroll and cant untrain if i click the arrow to dplete xp back in pool its just stuck at 80.

 

Normally skills can untrain to 1 if you haven't bought the child skill. Considering Specialisation aren't out yet (unless I missed the update), Elrond should be able to drop Undead Mastery down to 1 since he did not buy Undead Specialisation yet.
